What exactly does Skerva do?

Is Skerva a CRM?
No. Skerva installs and manages growth systems inside the tools you already use. We don't sell software — we run the systems most businesses can't staff on their own.
Why do I need an audit first?
Because the fix depends on the leak. A business with a broken website needs something different than one that's missing follow-up. The audit finds the constraint before we recommend anything.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Installation is included in every managed plan.
How long is the commitment?
Managed Website is 6 months. Lead Engine and Growth Engine are 3 months. Full Revenue System is 3–6 months. DIY digital products have no commitment at all.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Growth Engine and Full Revenue System include ad management, but ad spend itself is billed separately and disclosed up front.
