Shipping policy

Free U.S. shipping
Every order ships free within the United States. We don't ship outside the U.S. at this time.

How long it takes
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 4–10 business days. In total, most customers receive their blanket within 7–15 business days of ordering. A small share of orders can take longer during busy periods or because of carrier delays.

Where it ships from
Your blanket ships directly from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse, which is why delivery takes longer than a typical U.S. store.

Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the first scan.

Problems with delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of shipping, or tracking shows a problem, email julian@gabeus.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't cover orders sent to an incorrect address.
