Free tracked U.S. shipping. SKERVA currently ships to addresses in the United States. Shipping is included in the listed price.

Delivery estimates

Orders typically take 3–5 business days to process before carrier pickup. Transit usually takes another 4–10 business days. Most customers should therefore expect delivery approximately 7–15 business days after placing an order. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, and customs, holidays, or carrier delays can extend the timeline.

Tracking

When your order ships, a tracking link is sent to the email provided at checkout. Carrier tracking may take a few days to show initial movement.

Delivery problems

If your parcel appears lost, tracking has stopped updating, or your order has not arrived within 45 days after shipping, email us with your order number. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where the shipment is confirmed lost or undelivered.
