What this isn't

  • It's not a course community. No video lessons, no "modules," no certifications. It's an operator support group.
  • It's not Reddit-style. Customer-only access means high signal-to-noise. No tire-kickers, no spam.
  • It's not unlimited consulting. The Skerva team shows up regularly but isn't doing 1:1 consulting in the community. For that, see Setup Sprint or Managed.
  • It's not free forever for non-customers. Access is included with any purchase but it's a customer-only space.

Why this exists

Most service business owners install something, hit a snag, and either: (a) abandon the install, or (b) email support and wait 24 hours. Both kill momentum.

The community closes that gap. Post your stuck workflow at 8am, get answers from operators who've already solved it by 10am. Most installation issues are pattern-match problems — someone has hit it before.
