Common questions
I bought a kit but never got the email
Three things usually cause this: (1) Stripe receipt went to spam, (2) typo in the email you entered at checkout, (3) you used a different email than you expected. Fix: Email hi@skerva.com with the email you used at checkout AND any backup email you might have used. We'll find the purchase and resend within 1 business day.
I closed the tab after purchase — where do I find my files?
Every purchase has a permanent download URL at skerva.com/products/[product-slug]/. If you bought the Missed Call Recovery Kit, it's at /products/missed-call-recovery-kit/. Check your Stripe receipt email — the redirect URL is in there. If you can't find it, email us and we'll send a fresh link.
Can I share my purchase with my business partner / co-owner?
Yes. Your purchase is a "team license" — anyone working in your business can use the files. Don't share publicly on Reddit or repost the files for download elsewhere. (We watch for this and revoke access.)
The kit doesn't work with my current tools
Every kit includes install paths for GoHighLevel, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, and Zapier. If your tool is not in that list, the kit can usually still work via Zapier or your current tool's native webhooks. Email us with your tool name and we'll point you to the right install path. If we honestly can't make it work, full refund — see the refund policy.
I want Skerva to install this for me
That's what the Implementation Audit ($750) is for. We install your first workflow live in your current tools, phone system, and calendar. Tested end-to-end before handoff. Refunded if we can't go live.
The Stripe checkout asked for billing address — is that required?
Stripe requires a billing address for fraud prevention. We don't see or store it — Stripe handles it. You can use your business address or home address — doesn't matter to us.
Can I get an invoice for accounting?
Yes — your Stripe receipt IS a valid invoice with our business name, your purchase details, and the amount. If you need a custom invoice with specific line items or your business name added, email hi@skerva.com with the order details.
I'm an agency / consultant — can I resell these to my clients?
The standard license is for ONE business — yours. If you're an agency wanting to use the kits across multiple client businesses, email hi@skerva.com — we have agency licensing that works. Don't just copy/paste across clients without it.
Do you offer a free trial?
The kits are too small to "trial" in any meaningful way ($27 entry point is already low-friction). Instead: every product has a 14-day refund. Buy, install, test for a week or two, and if it doesn't help your business, email us and we refund. Effective trial without the trial-extension headaches.
Can I cancel my Managed Booking System subscription?
Yes — month-to-month, cancel anytime. Email hi@skerva.com before your next billing date. We cancel via Stripe Dashboard. No "cancellation fees" or runaround.
I'm in [country outside the US] — does this work for me?
The kits are tool-agnostic and work anywhere. The specific tool recommendations (GoHighLevel, Twilio, etc.) are US-focused but most have international equivalents. Email us with your country + use case and we'll point you to local equivalents.
Where are you based?
Skerva operates out of the DMV (DC / Maryland / Virginia) area. Most install sprints happen remotely via Zoom + your current tools. For local DMV roofers / HVAC / contractors, in-person install is possible — email us.
Service status
Site status is normally green. We don't have a fancy status page yet — if you're hitting issues, check status.stripe.com (most checkout issues come from Stripe) and email us if it's not them.
