Refund Policy

Short version: if a Skerva digital product doesn't help your business within 14 days, email us and we'll refund it. No lengthy process, no questions asked.
Digital products (kits, bundles)
All digital downloads — individual kits, the Owner Bundle, the Core 4-Pack — carry a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
To request a refund:
- Email hi@skerva.com within 14 days of purchase
- Include your order email or Stripe receipt
- We'll process the refund within 2 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Stripe typically processes them in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Quick Install
The Quick Install is refunded in full if Skerva cannot get the selected workflow installed and tested live during your scheduled session — for any technical reason on our end.
If you need to reschedule, email hi@skerva.com at least 24 hours before your session and we'll find a new time.
Exceptions
We don't offer refunds if:
- The 14-day window has passed for digital products
- The Quick Install was completed and the workflow went live as agreed
If you're outside the window and something isn't working, email us anyway — we'll try to help.
