14-DAY REFUND POLICY

If a kit doesn't work for you, get your money back. No questions.

Plain English. No fine-print games. 14 days from the date of purchase, full refund on any digital product. Reply to your receipt or email hi@skerva.com.

Who's eligible

Any purchase from the Skerva store within the last 14 days. That includes:

  • All 11 individual kits ($27 – $97)
  • Both bundles (Core 4-Pack $97, Owner Bundle $197)
  • Skerva Appointment OS ($297)
  • Missed Call Money Pack ($47)

The 14 days start on the date Stripe shows on your receipt — not when you actually opened the files.

How to request a refund

One step. Reply to your purchase receipt OR email hi@skerva.com with the subject line "Refund request."

What to include in the email
  • The product name (e.g., "Missed Call Recovery Kit")
  • The email you used to purchase
  • (Optional) What didn't work — helps us improve, but you don't have to answer

The Skerva team processes refund requests, usually within 1 business day. The refund hits your card within 5–10 business days (Stripe's standard timeline — out of our hands).

You don't have to delete the files

If you've downloaded the templates, scripts, or PDFs, keep them. We trust you. If they end up being useful later, you can always re-purchase — there's no "refund blacklist."

What's NOT refundable

Implementation Audit / Setup Sprint deposits ($500+)

These cover real install work — once we've spent 4+ hours in your current tools, the refund window doesn't apply. BUT: if we can't get the system live within 30 days due to OUR side (technical incompatibility, scope error on our part), your full deposit is refunded. That's a separate guarantee written into the Setup Sprint page.

Managed Booking System monthly retainer

Month-to-month. Cancel any time. Already-paid months aren't refunded after the work's been delivered (we ran the campaigns, reviewed the reports, etc.). To cancel: email hi@skerva.com before your next billing date.

After 14 days on digital products

The 14-day window is generous for a reason — most operators install the first piece within 25 minutes, so 14 days is more than enough to know if a kit fits your business. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion (and usually no).

What we believe

Refund policies are how a business proves its confidence in its product. If a kit doesn't help your business, we don't want your $47 (or $297) — we want you to spend it elsewhere and come back when something else might fit. Refund requests aren't adversarial here. They're feedback we use to improve the next kit.

That said: bad-faith abuse (buying, copying, refunding repeatedly, then resharing) we'll catch. Don't be the guy who makes us write a stricter policy.

Disputes & chargebacks

If for some reason a refund request doesn't get resolved within 5 business days, you can chargeback through your card issuer. We don't dispute reasonable chargebacks within the 14-day window. Beyond 14 days, chargebacks are reviewed case-by-case.

If you go straight to chargeback without emailing us first, we can't help you — and you'll lose access to future support. So please email hi@skerva.com first.
