How to pick

Choose DIY if you have an operator who's comfortable inside a job system and a couple of free weekends. The kits include scripts, templates, SOPs, and screen-recorded install guides. The lowest-cost path with the highest hands-on requirement.

Choose Installed if you want it running this week without spending your own time on it. The Setup Sprint ($497) gets one growth or conversion workflow installed live in your stack — Google/review growth, website conversion, lead routing, booking, follow-up, or reactivation configured and tested before handoff. Need the entire booked-job system built end-to-end? That's a Full Install (custom quote).

Choose Managed if growth and conversion should run without you thinking about it every week. Three sub-tiers — Starter ($750 setup + $197/mo) for solo operators, Growth ($1,500 + $497/mo) for the full booked-job stack, Pro ($3,000 + $997/mo) for multi-location and custom workflows. Skerva runs the system, sends a weekly report, and keeps the whole thing moving. The free Growth Leak Audit tells you which tier fits your numbers before you commit.

Common pricing questions

Does Skerva have a free trial?

No free trial. Instead, every digital purchase carries a 14-day no-questions refund. If a kit doesn't work for your business, reply to your receipt and you get a full refund. A free Lead Leakage Checklist is available at no cost to map where revenue is leaking before you commit to a tier.

Are there hidden monthly fees on the DIY kits?

No monthly fees on DIY kits from Skerva. You'll still pay third-party tools if needed — SMS, your current job tools, Stripe processing on customer payments. Same costs you'd have without Skerva. Only the managed growth system tier carries a monthly retainer.

Is the install fee refundable?

Yes, with one condition. The Setup Sprint ($497) is refunded in full if we can't get the workflow live during your scheduled call. Full Install deposits are refunded if we can't complete the install within 30 days due to issues on our side. Customer-side blockers (no current tools admin access, project abandoned, scope changes) don't trigger refund.

How is Skerva priced compared to alternatives?

Skerva sits between two existing categories. Marketing agencies charge $2K – $5K/mo and often make you wait. Job tools can cost $99 – $499/mo, but you still have to build the growth and follow-up systems yourself. Skerva works on top of the tools you already use — DIY ($27–$297), installed ($497 Setup Sprint), or managed (from $197/mo).

Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers later?

Yes. Customers who buy DIY kits and later want the install done for them get their kit purchase credited toward Setup Sprint or Full Install. Setup Sprint customers who move to the managed system don't pay a second setup fee for the same workflow. Managed customers can move between Starter / Growth / Pro tiers, downgrade, or pause month-to-month with 30 days notice.
