Won't customers find this annoying?
Most won't even notice — they expect reminders from any business. The 24h + 2h cadence is the industry standard. Add the 30m only if you want extra coverage.
What if a customer replies 'R'?
If you also use Auto-Book Estimates, they get an automated rescheduling flow. If not, the reply lands in your normal SMS inbox so you can handle it.
Will it spam customers with multiple appointments?
No — texts are batched. If a customer has 2 appointments tomorrow, they get one reminder listing both.
What's the typical no-show reduction?
