What if my schedule's full?
The automation only offers slots that are actually open. If you're booked solid for 2 weeks, it offers slots starting in week 3 — or routes the customer to your waitlist if you'd prefer.
What if the customer wants to negotiate the time?
If they reply with anything other than 1, 2, or 3, the conversation routes to your normal SMS inbox so you can handle it manually.
Can I set different slots for different services?
Yes. Roofing inspections might be 90 minutes, plumbing diagnoses 30 minutes. The automation pulls the right duration based on what they asked about.
What about cancellations?
If a customer cancels via the calendar link, the slot reopens automatically and your current tools gets a notification.
