What if I reassign a job at the last minute?

Reassignment fires a new notify to the new crew + a 'job removed from your schedule' to the old crew.

My techs prefer Slack — will it work there?

Yes. Toggle Slack instead of SMS. Each tech can set their preference.

What about subcontractors who aren't in my current tools?

Add them as 'crew' in your current tools with phone numbers; they don't need login access.

Does it work for multi-day jobs?

Yes. Day 1 gets a full brief; subsequent days get a compact 'see you again at 10am'.
