What if I want to give a long-time customer extra grace?

Tag them as 'no auto-reminders' in your current tools. They never enter the sequence.

Will it ruin relationships with sensitive customers?

Tone is critical. Day 3 is genuinely friendly. Day 7 is professional. Only day 14 has any firmness, and even that's polite.

Can I customize the timing?

Yes — 3/7/14 is the default but you can set any day cadence. Some industries do 7/14/21.

What about partial payments?

Auto-detects partial payment, recalculates outstanding balance, continues reminders for the remainder.
