Booking

Recover the jobs that almost died.

When a customer doesn't show, most businesses charge it off and move on. This sends a personalized recovery text within an hour and offers them a new slot — bringing back roughly half of all no-shows.

What it does

When an appointment is marked as no-show in your calendar/current tools, this fires a text 60 minutes later.

When an appointment is marked as no-show in your calendar/current tools, this fires a text 60 minutes later.

Tone: not accusatory, not pushy. 'Hey — looked like something came up. Want to reschedule? Here are 3 open slots.' Routes them straight back into the booking flow.

Most no-shows aren't intentional — they forgot, an emergency came up, traffic was bad. A friendly second-chance message recovers ~50% of them.

"Hey [Name] — looked like something came up this morning. Happens! Want to grab another slot? I have Tomorrow 9am, Tomorrow 2pm, or Friday 10am."

Common questions

FAQ.

What if the customer wasn't really a no-show — they were running late?
If they show within 60 minutes, the automation cancels itself. Only fires after the buffer.
Should I charge no-show fees?
Up to you — the automation has a flag to mention a fee in the recovery text if you want. Most service businesses skip the fee on first no-show and only charge on the third.
What's the rebook rate?
Industry average for service businesses is 40–60% rebook rate within 14 days. Higher in markets where customers don't have lots of alternatives.
Can I disable it for certain customers?
Yes — flag any customer in your current tools as 'no auto-recovery' and the automation skips them.
