What if I quote a lot of small jobs?

You can set a quote-value threshold. Quotes under $X skip the sequence.

Does it work for verbal quotes?

Only if you log them in your current tools. Verbal-only quotes can't trigger the automation since there's nothing to fire on.

Can I customize per service type?
