Why 5-minute polling and not real-time?

Most review platforms don't offer real-time webhooks. 5-minute polling is the fastest you can get without missing reviews. In practice, this means you respond within 6 minutes vs days.

Will I get bombarded if I have lots of reviews?

Only reviews below your threshold trigger alerts. If you have 50 5-star reviews this week, no alerts. One 2-star? One alert.

What if it's a fake review from a competitor?

We detect the common patterns (no transaction history, copied text, generic profile). The alert flags suspicious reviews and walks you through reporting to the platform.
