Is the thumbs-up/down filter compliant with Google's policies?
Yes. Google forbids 'review gating' where you actively ask only happy customers to leave reviews. Our flow is different — it asks ALL customers, but routes negative feedback to a private channel. That's compliant per Google's published guidelines.
What if a customer doesn't respond?
Default behavior is one text, no follow-up. You can optionally enable a single 7-day reminder, but most owners leave it as one-shot.
Will it text people who got bad service?
Yes — and that's the point. The thumbs-down route gives them a private channel to vent, which means they're less likely to dump it on Google. Net effect: fewer 1-star public reviews.
Can I customize the private feedback form?
Yes. The form is a simple page on a subdomain we set up for you. You can change the question, add your logo, etc.
