These terms apply to anything you buy or use from Skerva. By purchasing or installing an automation, you agree to them. Plain English where possible — no surprises.
1. Brand name disclaimer
Skerva provides templates, workflows, and implementation support. We do not guarantee revenue, closed jobs, or specific outcomes. Results depend on market, offer, response speed, sales process, tools, and execution.
2. Performance & results
Numbers we publish — recovered leads, booked estimates, reviews collected, etc. — come from real customers, but they are typical or aggregate. They are not promises. Your results depend on:
- Your market, density, and seasonality
- Your underlying offer, pricing, and call-handling
- The size and quality of your customer/lead list
- How quickly and consistently you execute
Anyone who tells you they can guarantee a specific number of bookings, leads, calls, or dollars without seeing your business is not a serious operator. We will not.
3. Purchases & refunds
Each automation is sold once. There is no recurring fee from us — though you'll continue to pay your existing tools (Twilio for SMS, your current tools, Stripe, etc.).
14-day refund
If an automation does not work as described, or you decide it is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll process it — no questions asked.
Install help refunds
If you opted into the optional install service and our team failed to get the automation running on your stack, the install fee is refundable on top of the automation cost.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. To request a refund, email hi@skerva.com with your order number.
4. License
When you buy an automation, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run it inside one (1) business that you operate.
- You may modify the automation for your own use.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute it.
- You may not strip our identifying templates and resell as your own product.
- If you operate multiple unrelated businesses, you need a license per business.
5. Optional install help
Install help is an opt-in flat-fee service for owners who'd rather not configure things themselves. Our team will:
- Connect your current tools, calendar, and phone provider
- Customize the message templates in your voice
- Run a test and share a recording
- Hand you a working automation, or refund the fee if we cannot
Install help is not consulting, marketing strategy, or ongoing management. Once your automation is live and tested, our work is done. If you want continued support, ask — we have a separate concierge tier for that.
6. Third-party tools
Our automations integrate with third-party tools (current tools, SMS providers, payment processors, calendars, etc.). You are responsible for your accounts on those services and any usage costs they bill you. We are not affiliated with, owned by, or licensed by those vendors unless explicitly stated.
If a third-party vendor changes their API or pricing in a way that affects an automation, we will publish an updated version where reasonable. We may discontinue support for an automation if a vendor we depend on becomes unavailable.
7. Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of an automation is capped at the amount you paid us for that automation in the prior 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business, or lost data — even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. liability for our willful misconduct or fraud).
8. Changes
We may update these terms when we ship significant changes to the product or our policies. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. If a change materially affects you, we'll send a notice to the email you used at purchase.
